P-CELLTM is a clear PVC pocket designed to hold either "P" or "L" plates or any other advisory signs on vehicles. The design concept is simple, it's a clear pouch with a locking strap at the rear which fits over your existing registration plates without obscuring them. Magnetic or plastic L Plates or P plates are easily placed in the P-Cell after attaching to a car for easy removal or placed in pocket prior to fitting on vehicle for permanent security.

It removes the need for ugly metal brackets that can injure pedestrians walking past.
